When do I need to choose a conveyancer?

There are many risks involved in conveyancing. For example, if you are a seller then you have the obligation to give disclosure of certain things that could result in a later expense to the buyer. This could include in relation to registered or unregistered interests, notices or otherwise. A failure to do this could result in a termination of the contract or even a later claim for compensation.
On the other hand, a buyer who signs a contract could seriously jeopardise their rights without the proper advice, or even end up buying a property that is not compliant or otherwise prevents them from doing improvements to it.
