Seller Disclosure Statement (Form 2) Questionnaire Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, I/We hereby certify, declare and agree:

1. All information submitted in this form is true, accurate and complete in all respects;

2. RHC Solicitors will rely on the information I have provided to prepare the Seller Disclosure Statement (Form 2) in line with Queensland’s new disclosure requirements from 1 August 2025;

3. I understand that providing incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, errors, or non-compliance with legal requirements;

4. RHC Solicitors is not responsible for verifying that the information is correct or ordering additional searches unless otherwise agreed in writing;

5. RHC Solicitors will charge a fixed professional fee of $550.00 (including GST), in addition to third-party search costs, for preparing the Seller Disclosure Statement Form 2;

6. Any required searches or certificates will be ordered on my behalf, and the costs will be passed on at cost, which is expected to cost in the region of $330.00 - $550.00 (estimated);

7. Payment is required before the completed Form 2 will be released for use in a contract of sale;

8. The completion of this Questionnaire does not constitute a solicitor/client relationship of any kind until such time a Client Services Agreement Incorporating Disclosure Notice has been executed by all parties.
