Searches referred to in this quote refer to essential and basic searches required to be conducted in order to complete a conveyance (for the purposes of adjustments). RHC Solicitors do not receive a financial benefit from performing or obtaining searches on behalf of clients. These are costs passed on directly from search providers. Any reference to a value in relation to searches are estimates only and valid as at 12:00 pm (AEST) 12 February 2022 (Validity Date and Time). Although every endeavour is made to ensure accuracy and completeness, there may be discrepancies if this Council has changed the cost after the Validity Date and Time and the quote system has not been updated.

Search estimates are based on Standard Searches or Limited Searches. If you require Full Searches (recommended if available), there may be additional costs. Clients will be given an opportunity during the conveyancing process to choose which type of searches they want, including optional searches such as a bankruptcy search, company search, building records search, flood search and so on.

Clients may choose optional searches, which are additional costs, with information made available to them during engagement to assist in the decision-making process. Reference to professional fees refers to the defined standard services included as part of a conveyance and is subject to change should a client require excluded or additional services as set out in the RHC Solicitors Clients Services Agreement Incorporating Disclosure Notice.

Quotations sent by us apply for transactions up to and including AUD$1.5 million. There may be additional costs for transactions over AUD$1.5 million, and request you contact us to discuss your transactions further. Quotations sent are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of request.
