Pricing & Inclusions

$550 (incl. GST)

Our fixed professional fee for preparing a Seller Disclosure Statement is $550.00 (Incl. GST). Required searches are charged at cost price, and are in addition to our professional fee.

These search costs will vary depending on the property’s location, and whether it is part of a body corporate. For a freestanding house, standard search costs are typically around $250. For properties within a body corporate, such as units or townhouses, the cost is generally closer to $500.
