How long does it take to draft a contract?
The process of drafting a contract can vary depending on the complexity of the contract being drawn up. Most standard REIQ contracts take between 1 to 3 business days to collate the document. There is usually a few more days involved before all the parties sign, depending on their requirements, whether the contract is sent for digital or physical signature and whether negotiations are still required. Should you require a complex contract with additional special conditions, then this time frame may extend as a Solicitor will need to review and draft the specialised conditions to protect your interests.
