Producing Dangerous Drugs or Utencils
It is a criminal offence in Queensland to produce a dangerous drug and ‘production’ refers to any and all acts involved when producing the dangerous drug, including packaging, cultivation, manufacturing and even preparing.
The offences generally include either producing dangerous drugs (for example, cannabis plans) or possessing utensils (such as a pipe, bong or otherwise).
A dangerous drug also includes those with a chemical structure or compound that is substantially similar to the chemical structure or compound of a Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 drug as set out above under the other drug-related offences.
