1. You must complete our estate questionnaire at least 3 hours prior to your appointment; and

2. You must have a non-binding clause that you wish and desire to appoint RHC Solicitors as your estate solicitors if you pass away.

Drawing and engrossing last will and testament and taking instructions to complete it (without questionnaire), with you to decide whether you want a non-binding clause that you wish and desire to appoint RHC Solicitors as your estate solicitors (which we typically leave in unless you say otherwise during your appointment).
