Special Offers and Discounts Terms & Conditions
1. General Global Discount Terms & Conditions
(a) RHC Solicitors ABN 49 632 486 509 ("us", "we", "our") have a range of discounts available for client use ("Discount Offer"). Generally, these Discount Offers will require the use of a special code ("Discount Code").
(b) To qualify for a Discount Offer, the relevant Discount Code must be submitted by the following method:
(i) For conveyancing matters, the accurate and valid Discount Code must be used in our conveyancing questionnaire located on our website at https://www.rhcsolicitors.com.au/conveyancing-engagement when prompted to do so; or
(ii) For services other than conveyancing matters, the accurate and valid Discount Code must be sent to us by email within three (3) business days of signing our retainer.
(c) Discount Offers apply to our professional fees and do not apply to (or otherwise exclude) costs and outlays passed on to us from or third parties during your matter such as searches, digital verification of identity, agency fees, postage and handling costs, governmental taxes, goods and services tax and duties or other liabilities, lodgment fees or transfer fees, barrister fees and so on.
(d) Discount Offers may be used once, are non-transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Discount Offer. For example, a client or client/s may apply a particular Discount Code to a contract preparation, however, this same Discount Code cannot later be used for a contract review, a conveyance or another service rendered by us. Therefore, a client will have the discretion as to what service they wish the Discount Code to apply to, subject to any additional conditions as set out herein.
(e) Section 1 - General Global Discount Terms & Conditions as contained in these Discount Terms & Conditions apply to all Discount Offers with us from time to time.
(f) A particular Discount Code may have more detailed terms and conditions which applies to it in addition to Section 1 - General Global Discount Terms and Conditions, which will be set out in Section 2 – Specific Discount Codes.
(g) Discount Offers may be withdrawn or changed without notice in our absolute discretion as set out in Section 3 – Notice of Change or Withdrawal.
2. Specific Discount Codes

Agent1 | 31 December 2023 unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with section 3 – Notice of Change or Withdrawal | (a) Discount Code 'Agent1' only applies to: (i) the professional fee component comprising 'Inclusions' as set out in our Client Service Agreement Incorporating Disclosure Notice and otherwise does not apply to any charge or fee component comprising 'Specific Exclusions and Additional Charges' set out therein; and (ii) an REIQ contract preparation (17th edition) or a contract review or the sale or purchase of a residential lot; (b) Discount Code 'Agent1' does not apply to ("Exclusions"): (i) the acquisition or disposal of a business or a commercial lot; (ii) the transferring of title to a lot from one or more persons to other person/s by way of consent, court order, an agreement formed under, or governed, by the Family Law Act 1975 or the Succession Act 1971 or for natural love and affection; (iii) the professional fee, costs or outlays associated with the conveyance of a second lot forming part of the same contract for the sale or purchase of a residential property or land (i.e. only the first sale or purchase of a residential property or land shall receive the Discount Offer); (iv) a combination of a transaction involving (b)(i)-(ii) above. |
